I’m a software engineer who has been working in the Boston area for 15+ years. For the past 8+ years I have been in various leadership roles and am now currently Director of Software at a prominent Boston area company.
The purpose of this blog is to share my experiences working as a software manager. I’d love this to become a resource where any software team lead, manager, or executive can visit to get tips on how to handle various situations and to share their experiences.
I’m keeping this blog anonymous for the time being, so I can be completely honest and not implicate my company or co-workers.
